In the cooler months, 4-weeks in advance is appropriate.
In the warmer months, 8-weeks in advance. This is when we are our busiest.

Spots and Brows is a high volume salon that runs by appointment only.
This means that when your appointment has finished, we require you to pick up within the hour of being messaged that your dog is ready.
Pens are needed for the next dog that arrives.
Sometimes if you let us know in advance, we may be able to work out a way to have you drop off earlier or pick up a bit later.

Absolutely not.
We have custom-made open pens for each individual dog during their appointment.
Having this wide-open space for the dog helps improve behavior in the salon. Dogs are not mixed with other families dogs therefor, your pets will have their own pen. -
For any oodle breed, depending on your pets lifestyle and preference on coat length, we recommend anywhere between 4-8 weeks for grooming.

Of course! We personally own short-fur dogs and can confidently say that it helps reduce the shedding.
Professional grooming can also help improve any skin irritations the dog may be having.

THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
• If the client cancels or reschedule’s their appointment (the day before or after a courtesy reminder), they will incur a 40% cancellation fee. The salon will not rebook the client if it is not paid.THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Spots and Brows runs only by appointment and require all clients to arrive on time.In saying this, always communicate on your ETA and see if we can help.
A grace period of 15 minutes applies, after which the appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled and will need to pay 50% of the missed appointment.
